Laiyin Ma, M.D., the founder of Envision Eye Group, is a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon in New York, with a specialty in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery. She is a graduate of the prestigious combined 7-year BA/MD Program through Boston University and Boston University School of Medicine. Subsequently, she completed her ophthalmology residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she was appointed Chief Resident and inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her fellowship at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery.

Dr. Ma's primary aim is achieving her patients' goals. She practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on cornea and ocular surface disease.
